OUR ENGAGEMENT POLICIES

We reserve the right to change program content, speakers and locations and will notify patrons of any such changes. We reserve the right to cancel any training date and will provide a 100% refund in such circumstances.

Retainer Policy

• Space reservations are on a first pay first registered basis. Space availability are not deemed confirmed until receipt of payment in full of training fees in advance of training day.

Cancellation Policy

• No charge for a withdrawal from training if completed 7 days or more prior to the scheduled date of training.

• The individual shall be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total training fees if a he or she withdraws from a confirmed or rescheduled attendance 5 days prior to the day of training.

• The individual shall forfeit 100% of any fee paid in advance of the date of training if he or she cancels a reserved training spot 3 days or less in advance of the first scheduled day of training.

• The individual shall not be charged any fees if paid amount is held for a re-scheduled training date. If cancellation is supported by a verifiable note from a registered physician as due to illness and by reasons supported by human rights law is again re-scheduled or cancelled.

We reserve the right to change program content, speakers and locations without notice.  We reserve the right to cancel any workshop and will provide a 100% refund in such circumstances.

Rate Schedule for In-House and External Training

• Consultation is performed on an hourly or daily rate. (Please contact us for rates)
• The “daily rate” entitles clients to 8 hours of scheduled training per day with 1.5 hours of scheduled breaks.

Retainer Policy

• Dates tentatively reserved by organizations are not deemed confirmed until receipt of payment in full for services.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

• No charge for the cancellation or rescheduling of a service agreement more than 14 days prior to the first scheduled date of service.
• The client organization shall be charged a fee of 50% of the daily rate if a confirmed service agreement is cancelled or rescheduled 8 to 14 days prior to the first scheduled day of service.
• The client organization shall be charged a fee of 100% of the daily rate if a confirmed service agreement is cancelled or rescheduled 7 or fewer days prior to the first scheduled day of service.
• The client organization shall be charged a fee of 100% of the daily rate if a re-scheduled service agreement is again re-scheduled or cancelled.
